Security Deposit refunds  

Refunds will be given 

within ten business days providing a written 30 day written notice of departure is submitted to management.  Any electrical usage will be deducted.

Reservation refunds.  

Reservation cancellations must be given as least 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive a refund.
